What is sent
Conversation messages, tool arguments and results, including the subject property's full address, area, bedrooms, parking, type, prices, estimates, ranges, scores and public ITBI data.
What is not sent
Broker, seller or client names; contacts; counterparties; notes; free-text characteristics; IPTU contributor numbers; matrícula; cartório; and CPF/CNPJ, e-mail or phone patterns detected in text.
Guarantees
Data-processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, no-training commitment and zero data retention where eligible. Conversations are not persisted server-side; we keep content-free audit metadata only.
Human review
Estimates and market signals are not an appraisal. Credit, tenancy, purchase, sale or pricing decisions require human review.
