The platform is operated by Booleano Desenvolvimento de Software Ltda, CNPJ 59.213.733/0001-57, under the Inteligência Imobiliária brand.
1. Roles
We are the controller of account data and the operator of brokerage inventory, client and CRM data. The brokerage represents that it has a legal basis to upload that data and authorizes the subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy, including OpenAI for chat.
2. Permitted use
Use the platform lawfully, with your own credentials and without accessing another organization's data. API/MCP writes require the inventory:write scope, validation, idempotency and audit; no additional server-side confirmation token is required.
3. Assistive AI
Chat answers are assistive and may contain errors. Estimates are not an appraisal or an automated decision with legal effect. Keep human review before credit, tenancy, purchase, sale or pricing decisions.
4. Content and IP
Public data keeps its licenses and attribution. Brokerage and CRM data belong to the brokerage. We grant a limited license to operate the platform under the contracted plan.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts for violations, security risk or legal order. You can export or delete your account through the privacy controls. On contract end, brokerage data is returned or deleted under the DPA.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or decisions made without human review. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer or LGPD rights.
